Refund Policy

A satisfied customer is the best business strategy for us. So in case, you do not wish to exchange an item, you are welcome to return it for a refund. Please send us an email at Pansydesk Shop within 20 days of receiving the shipment with a brief description of the problems you encountered. Send items defected back to our warehouse if you are eligible for a full refund. The items must be in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Refunds are processed once the return items have been received at our warehouse and passed the inspection. When the return is approved, you will receive a refund confirmation email.

Please note that it can take up to 30 workdays for your return to be received and handled at our warehouse. From this point, the amount will be transferred back to the account or card used within 7 additional workdays of the approval, depending on the payment method for the original order.
